Christmas 2023

The goal for Christmas Lobby 2023 was to celebrate the season in a warm and inviting way—embracing tradition while creating spaces for guests and church members to gather, take photos, and experience the joy of the holidays together. The desired atmosphere was classic “Christmas” reimagined with a modern, refined touch.

We achieved this by designing each installation moment to serve as both a stunning photo backdrop and a beautiful standalone visual feature. To capture the nostalgic warmth of the season while keeping the aesthetic fresh, we incorporated familiar shapes, textures, and motifs paired with a rich, modern color palette of deep greens, warm neutrals, muted rusts, ochres, and soft blues.

Texture became the defining element of the design. Velvets, furs, satins, and knits brought a sense of warmth and tradition, while metallic accents added a touch of modern sophistication. To balance the luxe materials, we featured live greenery and dehydrated fruit—organic elements that grounded the design and brought a sense of authenticity to the overall experience.
